Bill is the Managing Principal at Three Kings Capital, a mission-driven, family office-backed private equity platform that invests exclusively in cybersecurity companies. With a computer science background and a quarter century of experience analyzing, advising, and investing in companies in the aerospace and defense industry, Bill decided in 2013 to dedicate himself to serving solely the cybersecurity mission.

He has built and scaled programs that have served more than 500,000 entrepreneurs in over 700 cities and 142 countries around the world. At UP Global he managed a team of nearly 75 people with offices in 5 international locations andoversaw Startup Weekend, Startup Next, Startup Digest, Startup Week, and Startup America. He’s worked with grassroots and political leaders from around the world as well as executives at many FT500 companies around innovation and entrepreneurship.
With 25+ years of experience, John is a go to market executive with demonstrated success in building global loyal, growth-oriented, and integrity-driven sales teams. Throughout his career, John has specialized in hardware and software technology product sales leadership for companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to private equity-backed and mid- size, public companies. John has served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Agari, Executive VP of Global Sales at Forcepoint/Websense, VP of Sales at Symantec/Blue Coat, and Director of Sales at Network Catalyst, Inc.
